1. Return Window

• Returns must be requested within 3 days of delivery.

• Products must be unused, in original packaging, and with all tags/accessories included.

2. Non-Returnable Items

• Perishable goods, beauty products, innerwear, and customized items cannot be returned.

• Sale and clearance items are final unless damaged.

3. Refund Process

• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

• If you paid cash on delivery, refunds will be sent via bank transfer or store credit.

4. Damaged or Wrong Items

Please report damages or incorrect items within 24 hours of delivery. Provide photos for verification.
